Huh, I'm mentioned in this! Yeah, I've been told by Fina that I was here before but as a human, but I don't remember any of it. 'Seems like the Malnosso can't get enough of me, so I'm back here again, but as a hedgehog, my true form.
[He worried a bit about the power-reduction portion.] 'Haven't tried out runnin' around yet since I just got here, but I'll give you a report on how fast I can still run! They better not have done anythin' to it!

Nah, not awkward at all! I'm used to people not bein' used to me! But yeah, I'm a "hedgehog", never was human at all back in my world. 'Don't know why they changed me when they brought me here the first time.
Faster than the speed of sound, that's me! But now that you're going on about people being at fifty percent, I'm... I gotta still be pretty close to that! [But he'll find out later he is clearly not. Fast, but not supersonic fast like before.]

It was interesting, for now that I look at you... Admittedly, I never spoke much with you before, but as I recall the human version of you had certain features akin to yours -- his hair, for example, was strikingly similar to your, erhm... fur? Is that right...
--Wait. The speed of sound? Sound has a speed?

Yeah, you could call it fur, it feels fuzzy, it doesn't hurt when you touch it! I don't know if when I was human I was still fast or not. Even that's kinda weird for me to understand too, all my proportions would be all messed up!
Of course it does! Light does too! 'Not sure how they calculated that stuff in my world, but someone did!

But erhm... I advise the leaders of armies on what tactics they would best use to defeat their enemies. Admittedly a morbid calling, but my goal is to devise a strategy in which the army I advise suffers no casualties.
I believe... the former you did have similar lamentations. I recall him once be irked at being so 'slow.' I know not if that was the limiters or his new form though.

Ohh, that IS pretty cool. Nothing morbid about that if you're saving lives on some level. Gotta look at it in a positive light!
Nh, slow... 'Don't want to be called that, not ever. I hope it's just cuz it was a human form! Not that anything's wrong with being human, but it's just not for me! I gotta test out my speed as soon as I get my shoes back!
[Thinking.] You mentioned the random kidnappings for these 'experiments'. There's really no way to stop them from happening?
