CONTINUATION OF PART 1
Part 1 (Shirota/Aiba, Kenn/Shio, Kuji/Araki + explanation)
here.
SAITOU/AIBA
by
tifaretteWord Prompt: swivel chair
Aiba blushed when he noticed that it was still there. That swivel chair in the corner of the backstage room. He made a mental note to put it somewhere out of sight sometime soon, because it was causing images and sounds and sensations to be brought back to him that he'd really rather not remember in the company of others.
It was late, everyone had gone home for the day, so there was no one to walk in and see the two in such a position. Aiba tried to moan, tried to move, tried to do anything, but it was to no avail. Saitou must have learned sailor's knots or something, because the ropes around his wrists were tight and held fast, without being painful. The same could be said of those around his ankles. And there was no way he'd be able to speak past the gag.
Wonderful things were happening to him that he just couldn't return because he was tied fast to the swivel chair. He tried to speak again, a muffled noise coming out that only vaguely sounded like 'Takumi'.
The man looked up from what he was doing and smirked, "Do you want to stop?" he asked plainly.
And Aiba found that he couldn't say no.
The young man jumped as a hand touched his shoulder, breaking him away from his memories that if left unchecked, would have needed a trip to the bathroom to keep from being embarassed all of practice.
He shivered when a voice whipsered in his ear, "Next time we'll use a table." it promised, and Aiba found that he just might need to head to that bathroom after all.

nikihiiragizawaWord Prompt : pencil sharpener
Notes: AU
"Aiba-kun, please stop fidgeting."
Saitou ignored Aiba as the student made a face and stopped the motions his feet were doing. They were currently in the exam hall, and no unneccessary movements that may be a diversion as they cheat were allowed.
Just a few minutes more, Saitou told himself as he looked away from Aiba who was staring at him, smiling slightly.
As if deliberately annoying him, Aiba delibrately swept his hand across his table, sweeping the pencil sharpener off the table. "Oh, sensei..." Aiba said, face as innocent as a baby's. "I'm afraid my sharpener fell..."
With a muttered curse, Saitou approached the student at the front row. Aiba was doing this to annoy him on purpose. He knew students were not allowed to pick up stuff from the ground. "Where did it fall?" Saitou asked as he stood beside Aiba.
"There..." Aiba pointed to his neighbor's desk. "I think it's under the table, Sensei."
Saitou took a deep breath and bent down, checking under the neighboring student's table and under Aiba's own table. The sharpener was under Aiba's table, Saitou observed. It made him even more vexed. As he reached out to get the sharpener, he caught a closer view of Aiba's pants-clad legs, crossed with the upper one swinging carelessly.
As if I can be seduced by male legs, Saitou thought as he strove to get the sharpener. Usually only females do this kind of trick. What was Aiba's purpose in dropping his sharpener? Did he think Saitou would be enjoying the view?
His thoughts annoying him even more, Saitou dove further under Aiba's desk. View, my ass, he thought. He would replace Aiba's legs with a girl's any day.
But Saitou kind of misunderstood. The falling sharpener was not for his gratification, but rather for Aiba's as the student watched his teacher wriggling under the desk to get the sharpener, his back and legs the only body parts visible.
Ah, nice view.
TUTI/NAGAYAN
by
kat8chaWord Prompt: Apollo
Tuti struck a pose, standing proudly in the middle of the living room in nothing but an artistically arranged bed sheet. Takashi was making tea in nothing but boxers, and would occasionally look over his shoulder to make a face at his lover.
"What are you posing as anyway?" Nagayan asked, holding two tea cups in his hands.
"Apollo!" Tuti said, dropping the pose to take the tea cup and causing the sheet to slip from his shoulders and drop to the floor.
"Sorry Tuti." Nagayan landed a kiss on Tuti's lips, before chuckling and sipping his tea, "That has more in common with David."
------------------------------------------------
by
juudenkanryouWord Prompt : bliss
Nagayan couldn't quite point it out.
Whenever he was with Tuti, he was always feeling at peace with everything, like he could randomly start singing cheesy songs about world peace with a lei of sampaguita around his neck and wearing Tuti's horrid floral shirts.
There was always this desire to kiss Tuti, to hold his hand, to make love to him like there was no tomorrow, to lie side by side on the grass under a starry sky and talking about their future together.
Everything felt like it would fall perfectly into place; all would be right, and nothing could penetrate the barrier of happiness that enshrouded the space in which there was only him and his lover.
At least until Tuti's cellphone rang and its owner was scrambling out from under the covers because he and Nagayan were running late for rehearsal.
SUZUKI/ADACHI
by
magic57userWord Prompt: microphone
"Somebody, stop him... Please!"
"I know his singing got better while he was doing the myus, but this is overdoing it."
"I swear, if nobody gets that microphone off his hands, I may have to strangle him."
"I tried, but he had his death grip on, and he glared at me for good measure."
"That's it! I'm calling Adacchin!"
Adachi was surprised by the call he received from Shirota, begging him to come to come to a nearby karaoke box. He had declined the offer before, since he wanted to spend more time at home. He would've declined again, except that Shirota never begged. What's more, he sounded like he was close to tears. As much as he wanted to stay in the comfort of his room, he decided that a friend in need was much more important.
When he arrived at said karaoke box, he smiled in amusement at the sight that greeted him. The rest of the D-Boys were scattered all over the room, cringing and covering their ears for dear life, as Zukkii belted out a pop tune in his distinct Zukkii-ish way.
"O-chan!", Arayan shouted over a very loud Zukkii. "Thank God you're here!"
The rest of the D-Boys looked at the new arrival and relief flooded their faces.
"Make him stop~!" Endou practically wailed. "I don't know how long we can take anymore. This was supposed to be a night out, not a nightmare!"
Adachi giggled, then walked over to the singing superstar, tapped him, and flashed his brightest smile yet.
"O-chan! Hey, you're here," Zukkii greeted.
"Yup. Hey, wanna go get something to eat? I'm starved," Adachi replied as he pried the offending microphone off of Zukkii's hands.
"Sure. You guys wanna come along?"
The rest of the room shook their heads. Adachi passed the mic on to Channaka, as he and Zukkii left.
"Next time, we're not going to a karaoke box if Adacchin isn't with us. Agreed?”
The entire group nodded in agreement as they continued their singing session.

by
juudenkanryouWord Prompt : date
"So, where do you want to go?"
It was chilly out, and the cold was pleasantly numbing the higher functions of Adachi's brain. He didn't mind, as long as he was with Zukki. He liked being with Zukki. And Zukki seemed to like being with him, too. They always had fun together. Adachi remembered that one time when --
His thoughts got cut off by a coughing Zukki.
"... Do you want to stay in tonight?"
Zukki smiled weakly and brushed a feather off Adachi's shoulder. "But don't you like it when it's cold?"
"Yeah. It gives me a reason to snuggle up against you." Adachi grinned. "But it's not much fun if you're hacking violently while I'm trying to cuddle. And besides, you need to take care of your throat."
"Eh?"
"All that shouting you do playing Jan... Not to mention karaoke..."
Zukki smiled sheepishly at him. "Okay, okay..."
***
"Here." Adachi came back with a steaming cup of ginger tea, walking towards where Zukki was sitting on the couch. Zukki made to reach for it, but Adachi held it back.
"Uh-uh. You're drinking this my way."
"...?"
With a mischievious grin, Adachi lifted the cup to his mouth and took a sip, then set it down onto the low coffee table and leaned over Zukki. Zukki, getting the hint, reached around behind Adachi's neck and pulled him down.
The tea was ignored for the rest of the night.

juudenkanryouWord Prompt : calendar
Zukki had always hated winter.
Winter brought with the hassles of Christmas shopping, plus the pickpockets and the beggars who insistedly tugged at your pants asking for spare change. Along with winter came the freezing over of the lake he loved swimming in, and the increase in the electric bill because he had to use his heater more often.
Colds were the norm in winter, and fever wasn't unheard of. Dark came a little too early for his liking, and the cool, dry winds nipped at the skin around his eyes.
But with the subzero temperatures came hot cocoa and nights spent wrapped in thick blankets, cuddled on the couch together with his friend. And there was something to be said about waking up to see snow covering the asphalt roads and concrete buildings. Winter meant warm, toasty fires (even if it was just the design of the electric heater), and chocolates in his mailbox on Valentine's Day.
Looking at the date circled in silver on his calendar, Zukki realized:
Winter also meant Adachi's birthday, so maybe it wasn't so bad after all.

by
juudenkanryouWord Prompt : healthy
"Please?"
"No." Adachi shut his mouth and turned his face away, pout resolutely in place.
Zukki sighed, feeling very much like the mother of a stubborn eight-month-old who refused to eat his vegetables.
Which was precisely what Adachi was refusing to do. Not to mention pretending that the small assortment of fruit in the corner of his tray didn't exist.
Adachi stared at the television, ignoring the food laid out infront of him on the bed. He suddenly started to shiver; worried, Zukki got up from where he was settled on the cot in the little room and embraced his trembling friend. Whereas he'd once thought that it was nice being able to wrap both arms fully around Adachi's stick-thin frame, now it just scared him to no end.
"Zukki..." Adachi whispered in a heartbreakingly small voice. Zukki felt Adachi's hands clenching into fists, clutching the hem of Zukki's shirt, and he felt so helpless. There was really nothing he could do -- whatever cold Adachi was feeling, it was coming from inside and no matter how much Zukki held him, there was nothing to be done for it.
So he stayed there, Adachi enfolded in his arms, and as the shaking gradually subsided Zukki offered up a silent prayer for strength to help Adachi get better.

by
kat8chaWord Prompt : bench
Zukki flopped down on the bench next to Adachi, the other guy was focused on his computer, tap-tap-tapping away. "Hey." He greeted casually, as if he did not have two very hot drinks held in his hands. One was his own coffee, the other was Adachi's hot chocolate. I was chilly outside, chilly enough that Adachi had to wear gloves as he typed at his laptop. Why Adachi could not have been sensible and decided to sit down and start tapping at it somewhere else was beside him.
Seriously, if Zukki had not come along Adachi would not even have something hot to drink. The nerve of the guy, getting chilled to death because of his silly whims.
Adachi blinked, turning away from his computer. "Oh. Oh hey." He closed the laptop down, sliding it into the case beside the bench.
"Not gonna work anymore?" Zukki asked, handing the drink over. Adachi shook his head, sniffing the drink, then taking a sip.
"Of course not. I have you here to talk to." Then he smiled that blinding smile that made Zukki feel warm all over, even though his ass was slowly becoming an ice cube because of the bench.
TAKIGUCHI/SETO
by
nikihiiragizawaWord Prompt: journal
Notes: AU
Seto Kouji, a writer known for his reports about new discoveries in the scientific sweets industry, was facing a rather difficult situation.
He was about to commit a crime.
Well, sure, it was breaking and entering, but he needed the data. Candy bar magnate Minami Keisuke, owner of Keisu kendies, had refused interviews regarding his new product for three months already. The product would be in the market 2 months from now, and Seto needed a report to submit to the Scientific Sweets Journal. Let them call him a paparazzo, but he needed to see what the future sensation of the candy world would look like (at the same time, he needed to ask Minami-san about his relationship on the rocks with high school student and pain in the neck Sakurada Doori, just for more interest in the news).
He let out a soft cry of victory as the door to President Minami's office opened. Who would have known the president used his own name as the password? Slowly, he pushed the door open.
Minami was surprised to see him inside the office. "What do you want?" the president asked.
Seto flashed his ID. "I'm Seto Kouji from the Scientific Sweets Journal. I'm here to ask you a few questions regarding your new candy product that generates inexplicable pleasure upon eating it."
"I said I don't want to entertain interviews."
The journalist flipped his notebook open. "You need to do so sooner or later."
Minami rubbed his forehead and gestured towards the side of his table. "There's the new product. I don't know much about it myself. You needed to talk to the product developer."
Seto eyed the small box with the sweets in it. He was surprised that the name of the sweets was Setomaru. It was his nickname. No one knew about that nickname except for those frequenting his official fansite and blog. Seto thought it was a better name for a candy than Minami's masterpiece DOORIcious Delights. He opened the box and found light pink, chocolate-scented sweets inside.
Smiling, he turned back to Minami, eyes knowing. "Who did you say the product developer was?"
The next morning, a sea green envelope with the seal of Scientific Sweets Journal was delivered to the production building of Minami's company. It was an invitation from Seto Kouji, managing editor of the journal to Takiguchi Yukihiro, product developer of the future candy sensation, to a dinner for two in a restaurant-hotel not far away from the candy complex.

juudenkanryouWord Prompt : candy
"Why don't you like daruma?"
"Eh?"
Takki waved around the DVD case of the fourth volume of DD-Boys. "In here. You said you didn't want to make daruma."
Seto grinned. "Oh." He plucked the case out of Takki's hand. "Wagashi ga ii desu."
"I bet the cameraman wanted to hit you or something when you said that."
"But I like candy!" He pouted, and Takki couldn't help but pinch the pert nose.
"You said that a lot, too, mumbling all throughout the episode about how you wanted candy."
"Mhmm."
"... So does edible paint fall under that category?"
Seto grinned, and -- grabbing the small pot he'd managed to nick from the photoshoot ages ago -- pushed Takki in the direction of his bedroom.

by
juudenkanryouWord Prompt : bunny
"I wanna cosplay as Ryuuichi!"
Takki looked up from where he was sitting on the floor and reading the script at his stage partner's very random outburst. "Huh?"
Seto sat down in front of Takki, eyes wide and happy. "No, seriously, don't you think I'd be good at it? Ryuuichi is always happy and lively --"
"-- and has a pink stuffed rabbit," Takki interrupted. "Plus you'd have to look really sexy wearing a rufled shirt and form-fitting pants. Then there's the matter of --"
"Okay, I get it!" Seto pouted, deep in thought, and Takki immediately felt bad for shooting down his idea. It seemed so important to Seto (why, Takki couldn't comprehend), and he just went and popped the happy little bubble.
Then he had a sudden thought, looking at Seto with his arms wrapped around his knees, and if it was true that a bell went off when you had an idea then surely one would've sounded at that moment.
"What if you cosplay as Kumagoro instead?"
"Eh?"
Takki grinned, warming up to the idea. "Yeah, and I could be Ryuuichi. I'd get to carry you around and stuff." He sobered. "By the way, why the sudden desire to cosplay Gravitation?"
Seto smiled mischievously, and Takki had the feeling he was going to regret asking.

tifaretteWord Prompt: silicon
Note: side SaiRui
"Have you ever wondered why these things say 'Do not eat'?" Ruito asked curiously, holding up a small white package with black lettering that had come from the pocket of his new coat.
"I just figured that by 'do not eat', it means it's toxic or something." Kenta said with a shrug.
"Wrong~" Ruito replied with a grin, ripping the package open to reveal a bunch of little clear silica balls. "Actually, they just say that because it dries out whatever it touches. So if you put one on your tongue..." he demonstrated by dropping a couple of the balls onto his outstretched tongue, and then attempted to say, "They stick." though it came out muffled.
Kenta stared at him. "And WHY did you just put something in your mouth that says 'Do not eat' again?"
Ruito pulled them off his tongue and grinned. "Takumi taught me it. It makes kissing SO much more interesting."
"Okay, okay, too much information!"
The boy offered Kenta the package. "Go on and try it with Date. I KNOW you want to."
"Ruito, I'm not a crazy pedophile like Takumi, and I'm not going to make Kouji put something inedible into his mouth." Kenta replied disbelievingly.
Ruito winked and grinned, "Not even your tongue?"
Kenta scowled and stood up, walking away, "Idiot. My tongue isn't toxic."

tifaretteWord Prompt : flashlight
"No actually, I CAN'T see a thing." A voice said in a slightly clipped tone.
"Good, that's the point." Came another voice in the darkness, and the first man noticed with some surprise that it came from someone who wasn't very far away from him at all.
"So...tell me WHY we're shut up in a closet again?"
"Kenta-san, you'll see just let me... there!" There was a click and suddenly the room was full of pinpoints of light.
There was silence for a moment, and then Kenta Kamakari asked, "...What's this?"
The pout was evident in his voice as the other boy replied, "It's supposed to look like stars! I found this flashlight and then thought it would be fun to poke holes in a paper cup. You... don't like it?"
"Kouji you dork." Kenta said amusedly, one of the specks of light glinting on his eyes. "Those don't even look like stars. They're reflecting on broom-handles."
"Well, yeah, but..." Kouji Date's voice sounded sad and dissapointed.
KenKen sighed and laughed. "Dork." he repeated, then reached out his arms, searching, before finding the other boy's arms and pulling him closer. "But a cute one." He tried to kiss him, but first ended up akwardly pecking him on the cheek, before finding his lips and pressing against them fondly.
He could feel Kouji smile under his lips, and then he started laughing, breaking the kiss and hugging him tightly. "You have no idea how much I love you."
KATOU/TAKUYA
by
tifaretteWord Prompt: blanket
Takuya felt like he was being smothered, slowly baking under a heat-trapping blanket. "It's too HOT." he muttered, throwing the blanket to the side of the bed and sprawling his limbs out.
There came movement and a sleepy voice from the other side of the bed. "Mmm, Takuya, what is it?"
"I can't sleep." He replied with a pout, and a head peeked out from under the blanket that was now bunched up.
"Why, what's wrong?" Kazuki Katou asked, throwing the blanket off the bed entirely.
"Aren't you dying? It's too hot in here!" Takuya groaned, "And it's not like I can take off much more clothing."
Kazuki smiled, as indeed, all the other was wearing was a pair of boxers as was he. "It is rather warm in here." he agreed. "Come on, I have an idea." he commanded, getting off the bed and holding out his hand.
Takuya rubbed his eye with one fist, and took hold of Kazuki's with the other, allowing himself to be lead to the bathroom.
There, Kazuki turned on the shower, and Takuya looked at him curiously, "How is this going to cool us down?"
"The water's cold." The other man explained, stripping himself on the only article of clothing he was wearing, and then looking at the other expectantly.
Takuya blushed, and then slowly removed his own boxers. "Alright...but I still think all this'll do is get me a lot..." he stepped up close to the other, and practically breathed the next word as their chests touched, "...hotter."
Kazuki laughed and dragged him under the cold spray and into a breathtaking kiss. When they broke, he said amusedly, "Yes, but at least it will tire you out." and then he kissed him again.

nikihiiragizawaWord Prompt : silicon
Takuya moved against him and Kazuki obliged. He pressed in and slowly pused deeper, slightly forcing the younger man closer to the glass.
Kazuki planted one palm on the clear glass, taking care not to squash Takuya between his body and the slab of transparency. He moved slowly, earning moans from the man in front of him. He could not see Takuya's face; it was hidden as Takuya's cheek met the glass surface. His sounds have sufficed, though, Kazuki thought. He moved in with deep strokes, his breath mingling with Takuya's and making patterns on the glass surface.
Glass. Made of silicon dioxide, which was in turn taken from common material like sand. Made from something you see everyday, yet had developed to something beautiful and admired. It was a popular item and considered a treasure not only in architecture but also in art. It evolves from a mass of sand into something wonderful, colorful, and mysterious at the same time. However, its beauty came with a price, its fragility cannot be denied. Easily broken and transparent no matter what color it was given ... it was its weakness.
Very much like Takuya, Kazuki thought as he brought the young man to release. Beautiful, admired and mysterious -- yet fragile and transparent. It was difficult to love such a priceless individual, yet the rewards were high.
Kazuki waited for the young man to catch his breath before withdrawing. As they knelt before the glass, Takuya laughed.
"Ne, Kazuki."
"Hm?"
"I bet the neighbors are watching us."
"Oh shit. I forgot to close the curtains."

chibi15Word Prompt: sixteen
"Happy Birthday Rutio" everyone shouted. I was too shocked to move and somehow tears just started flowing out of my eyes. I didn't want to stand out since it was Seigaku's graduation after all, who would care about one little boy's sixteenth birthday?
But one person cared enough to throw this super duper unforgettable birthday party for me and that was Takumi-san.
At first of course I knew nothing about this little scheme of his. I was just worry because Takuya complained to me about how I stood out and of course being the responsible person that I am I told him not to worry and said that I try to not stand out, but then Takumi-san stood up for me and said that the stage is for everyone to stand out and Takuya should try to stand out in his own way. Then somehow KenKen butted in and add oil into the arguement.
I was very shocked at KenKen who just rudely said "And how old do you think you are?" but then it was at that moment the lights went out and everyone sang Happy Birthday to me.
I was too shocked to moved, too shocked to respond. And the tears started coming out.
KenKen appologised to me later saying it was all part of Takumi-san's plan to make my sixteenth birthday a special one.
And I understood and thanked Takumi-san later. I was very glad that I met Takumi-san because he gave one thing that I thought I don't need and that was attention.

nikihiiragizawaWord Prompt : date
"What are you doing?"
Ruito whirled around in panic to see Sakurada eyeing him curiously. Everyone would eye him curiously anyway, as he had been spending too much time crouched behind a vending machine.
"Sssshh!!" Doori was surprised as Ruito placed a finger over his lips to gesture for silence. "Can't you see I'm hiding??"
The younger boy pressed himself against the wall behind the vending machine, too, enjoying the little game. He peered out a little to see who Ruito was hiding from. No one was in the lobby except for Saitou Takumi who was talking to the girl behind the information desk.
"Are you hiding from Takumi-san?"
Ruito looked at him, seemingly annoyed. "Yes, I am. So what?"
Doori shrugged and flinched, too, when Saitou left the info desk. "Well, usually you would be too happy to see him. Why the change?"
Ruito didn't seem to be listening to him, though. He was trying to find out where Saitou was. When he saw that the coast was clear, he picked his schoolbag slumped on the floor and took a deep breath.
"Doori-kun, I have a request. If you see Takumi-san and he asked where my school was please don't ever tell him where, okay?"
"Why?"
"Always the curious one. I'll tell you later, okay? I got to go!"
As Ruito ran to the lobby out of the building, Doori wondered why Ruito was wearing something more formal than usual.
"Yo, Doori-kun."
Doori nodded. He leaned against the vending machine, trying to appear relaxed.
"'Sup, Takumi-san?"
"Eh, I was wondering if you could tell me where Ruito is."
The boy tried to look completely innocent. "I think he already left?"
Saitou looked defeated. "Oh..." He made a face and crossed his arms. "Now what to do. I was trying to make him tell me where his school is. I called his house last night and his mother told me he was out. She said he was kinda depressed because he couldn't get a date for his graduation dance. So I volunteered but now he's avoiding me."
A ghost of a smile played on Doori's lips. Once again, trying to act innocent, he looked up at Saitou. "Oh, Ruito-kun's school? I happen to know where it is. I went there with him once..."
Surely, there was no harm in telling the truth, right?
MINAMI/DOORI
by
nikihiiragizawaWord Prompt: sixteen
Sixteen is a dangerous age, Minami believes. It is when the temptations of material gain and evil company usually comes to visit. It is when people who pass through that phase are made to do decisions they would either be thankful for or regret for the rest of their lives.
Feeling reponsible as a sempai and as the temporary 'leader' of the group, Minami takes the role of being a guide for Doori. He is sixteen and vulnerable. He might fall into bad company and suffer from the consequences. Because of that, Minami makes sure Doori's needs are all met and that he is never treated as someone too young or as someone who's already grown up.
"Doori, lets go? I'll drive you home." Minami smiles as Doori follows him like an obedient puppy. He will take care of Doori until their time in Tenimyu has ended. Sixteen-year olds need every guidance and confidence they could get.
Doori smiles as he enters Minami's car. Sixteen is such a wonderful age.He is never treated too young or too old. Plus, he can have an excuse to be with someone he really likes, pretending to be in need of a confidant. Plus, Minami does whatever he wants and bends to accommodate Doori's needs.
But sometimes Doori wishes the way Minami teaches him how to do a handjob is less textbook-based ---
--- and has more kissing involved.
Maybe he could request for it. Surely, Minami would understand. Doori is sixteen after all.
Such a delicate age.
KATOU/MINAMI
by
epigrammistWord Prompt: shampoo
"You're too short to be Tezuka!"
They had all been amused by Minami's height at some point or other, though never in a way that was malicious. It was just all good fun. But all the teasing -- despite being humorous and good-natured -- only served to make Katou just a bit moodier, because of what it reminded him of.
Minami wasn't tall enough to be an ideal Tezuka. With Shirota, the fact that Katou was a great deal shorter had been all too apparent. But with 3rd cast... Heck, Doori was almost as tall as Minami was. The Atobe-Tezuka height difference just wasn't there.
Minami wasn't Shirota. Katou sometimes missed the crazy feeling that had permanently latched itself onto the cast for the Hyoutei musical. He remembered the practices and the performances; onstage and backstage; Shirota being Tezuka, and Shirota being himself; Shirota being a stoic buchou, and Shirota being a dork; Shirota delivering his lines perfectly for the audience, and Shirota singing a ballad to his strawberry scented shampoo (of all things) for his cast mates.
Minami didn't sing ballads to his shampoo. Or if he did, he didn't do it in public, nor in front of other people. Because though Minami was a great actor, and made a fine Tezuka, he wasn't anyone but his own person.
Katou Kazuki wouldn't admit it, but he missed the old cast, including that lovable, flirtacious dork named Shirota Yuu.
But despite all that -- despite his nostalgia, despite the different feeling of the new group of actors -- their performance worked. Granted, there was practically no buchou interaction in the Rokkaku musical, but there was definitely something, nevertheless.
Something that made Katou's gaze follow Minami unconsciously during practice, watching the other actor. Something that made Katou want to reach out and run his hand through Minami's hair, and wish him good luck before the first show.
Something that made him turn his wish into action. And as he whispered, "Good luck out there," he could smell Minami's shampoo, masked by hairspray and diluted by too much brushing and arranging, but still there -- a lingering fragrance that wrapped around him like a soft memory scented with strawberries.
One final post following this ^^;;; Sorry for spamming.
