“I can guess what Rose told you,” the Doctor continued. “And if she told you what I think she told you…Well, it’s true.”

“And what do you think she told me?” Jack asked the doorframe.

“That she loves you,” the Doctor said. “And, well…You know.”

“No, Doctor, I don’t know,” he shot the Doctor a look over his shoulder as he left the room. “I really, really don’t.”

Oh. Ow. Ow. That hurts! Poor Jack :( Come back here and fix him!

But that really is so Nine.

Tiny nitpick:
“Why did you lock Rose and I in the drawing room?”

That should be Rose and me.

More tomorrow, right?

Tomorrow should bring the end of it, yes!

Thanks for the grammar note, btw. I did originally put 'Rose and me', then changed my mind. >.<

I'm glad I've managed to draw you in despite the Wodehouse! ;)

Jeeves being the sort of chap he is (eating lots of fish etc.) has probably worked out by now that there's something dashed rummy about the Doctor. Be interesting to know what he makes of him.

It could be very interesting indeed. :) More so when Bertie finally realises what's going on, since he's not as...calm as Jeeves.

Oh! Why did I start reading this today ... in other words, this is great - all so very much in character, both DW bits and J&W - and I want the end now. *g*

And this:
“That she loves you,” the Doctor said. “And, well…You know.”

“No, Doctor, I don’t know,” he shot the Doctor a look over his shoulder as he left the room. “I really, really don’t.”
...oh... poor Jack, poor Doctor ... oh, I need the last part! Looking forward to tomorrow!

It's John Barrowman, from his stint on the tv show 'Dancing on Ice'. His second week - dancing to 'Amarillo'. he should have won, dammit You can download the performances from torchwood.time-and-space.co.uk They're really good. The man is disgustingly talented.
