Great Expectations is one of my favorite movies, but for reasons other than the book - since it really doesn't follow the book at all, and changes the names and such. I think the green theme they used was brilliant. It was really easy on the eyes.

And they played Pulp during one of the hottest scenes.

I was so upset that they changed Miss Havisham's name, though, and made her completely different. She's my favorite character in the book. When I was younger (in elementary school, even), my mom painted my room blue and hung torn white tulle from the posts of my canopy bed. She wanted my room to look very Miss Havisham.

I don't know... but notice how both sound like soup? Ms Havis-ham... and Dinsmoor sounds like Dinty Moore. There, she is now Ms Dinty Moore. Hot and tasty... in a can.

I can't remember who was who in that book either... It's... it's like a soap opera and I wanted to strangle the characters. o_o
