Good morning! So, now that I feel like I'm properly back into the swing of things with regular posts, it's about time I start sharing a bit more of what I've been up to lately. Tomorrow the Wagner has a talk on whimsical taxidermy I'd like to get to, but we have to make plans for the kiddos...
The class you're taking sounds wonderful!

I am going to that! The talk I went to last week at the Academy was by the same man, John Whitenight. He collects all kinds of Victorian glass domes (taxidermy, shell art, wax sculpture, etc.), and just wrote a book about them, which is why he's doing so many local events. I think he's got another one coming up at the Athenaeum some time next month.
