Sup babes. I was thinking about this in bed last night after my router went kaput (it was a profound moment) just before I was watching Matthew Goode nom it up with his accent on screen, and I thought it wouldn't hurt to put this out as a question to all of you since... well. Relevance.

Melpomene- has a subtle southern British accent. Closer to this girl's

Merlin- has taken up a few British pronunciations from his few years in England but otherwise he still has a typical Californian accent.

Ares- Talks with a balanced mixture of Russian and probably a New York accent. It's not a thick russian accent, but it's there on his r's and every once in a while he'll elongate certain vowels.

Ok...

Aphrodite: She's a born-and-bred Eastern Nebraskan, so a notable accent doesn't come naturally--her speech is normally fairly plain. However, she does affect a certain speaking style, which is sort of a cross between Nicole Kidman (minus the Aussie flavor) and Donna Murphy as Mother Gothel

Ariadne: She's from Connecticut, so she has a touch of that Yankee accent. She also tends to speak fairly quickly.

Asclepius: His voice is that of his PB's, the glorious Steve Valentine, which is a lovely British accent. Mostly, his speech is patterned off that of the adorable Alistair from the Dragon Age games, with a little bit of Derek Jupiter's swagger thrown in (though, as I'm sure you can tell, Steve doesn't actually do any singing in that role).

Erato: She's a native New Yorker, so she does have some of the New Yorker accent. Taylor's speaking voice is a little bit lower than Erato's actually is--it's a little higher-pitched and softer.
