Merlin wasn't one to get nervous over meeting new people. But given that he believed this was the same woman that approached him the other day, he wasn't sure what to expect. Nimue took the opportunity to order a cup of green tea, finishing off the mimosa while hoping the champagne wouldn't affect her thinking too much. She debated commenting on his choice of beverage but chose not to, instead studying his face while he spoke to see if she could determine why he seemed so familiar. He didn't have the inherent ferocity she usually atrributed to one of the knights, but something about him spoke of home. Perhaps he was a fae of some sort, or a learned hero. Regardless, he was hot and funny - two traits she liked in a man ( ... )
