Mythcon 40 Guests of Honor meet
Author Guest of Honor for Mythcon 40, James A. Owen (coppervale ) had a book signing Monday evening (January 19) at Vroman's in Pasadena. At the urging of the conference chair, Sarah Beach (scribblerworks ), Scholar Guest of Honor, Diana Pavlac Gyler took her daughter to the signing, and the two GofH got to meet each other.

A bit of mutural admiration going on here. This promises well for fun discussions at Mythcon!
The meeting of the two authors also seemed to inspire some young Mythcon fans to begin preparing for the event --
First with reading up on the works of the Guests of Honor --
And then engaging in that popular Mythie activity -- discussing the books!
