I have a friend who is really really sick, has 3 young kids, and I'm the only one helping her!!!

It is definitely a sad truth that society has lost some, if not most, of its compassion. Is there a local church that can lend a hand? I don't know if she is affiliated with a church, but the might help, also. I wish I was there, I definitely would.

That is so sad, at least she has you as a friend to help her out. I can't believe people won't help someone they're supposed to care about, it's really sad.
