I copied one of your chapters and pasted it into an entry of my own (don't worry, it was visible only to me - I'm not trying to steal your work), only using the HTML option instead of "Rich Text". When I posted it it looked fine. I'm guessing you used "Rich Text"? Try HTML instead (and do something about the double line breaks) and it should be readable.

Oh! Also, make sure that "Auto Formatting" *isn't* disabled.

Oh my. Yep, part 9 at least definitely needs to be edited. Like gaffsie said, you should just enter the editing mode of each post, copy or even better, *cut* the text, then paste it once you switch the editing mode to HTML (as opposed to Rich Text). Preview to make sure it looks fine - which it should, no reason not to - and save. Presto, no more codes showing, and you'll have linebreaks too. :-)
