edit a post in a community queue

Jan 20, 2012 18:56

I x-posted my muffuletta post to neworleans, and was asked by the moderator to put the pics behind a LJ-cut. Reasonable request, of course, but it’s been so long since I’ve been on here, I have no idea how to edit a post in a community queue...can anyone point me in the right direction?

Click the Edit icon. If you posted it, only you will see the edit icon.

Cuts are done < lj-cut text="blah, blah" > and then terminate with < /lj-cut >. Leave out the spaces next to the brackets.

no, I know that part...I can't see the post. It's lost in the moderation queue. I can't submit it a second time from my system (with the cut) because it says I can only have one post queued at a time, but I can't see the queue.

No worries, though. Given that nobody's posted to that community since 3-Jan, I'm not feeling a great sense of loss.

Weird because I can see it on my Friends page. It's not moderated. Find it on your Friends page and you should be able to get into it and edit it.

Never mind. That's your account not the community account. Duh!
