I've enjoyed her posts tremendously, and if you're looking for something to fill a slow weekend with sometime she has a pretty robust archive for you to thumb through. Hilariously, I noticed your new icon (but it's not an icon, it's just a lame photo of you, how boring) when I went searching for one of my posts from almost a year and a half ago. (It was somewhere between my eleventh- and twentieth-most recent posts, so on the second page of my journal. Goes to show how often I use this thing, but I've already accounted for that.)

Also: Good on you for keeping up with The Mars Volta! I'm still absorbing A Thousand Suns right now, but I need to get back to Frusciante at some point. One of his songs keeps popping into my head every now and then, and I can never remember which one it is...
