So I last wrote about a great house right around the corner from the rents. Well I got Will to come look at it and he was happy so we put in an offer of $220,000. (The original price of the house was $240,000.) The sellers countered for $230,000 and Will and I accepted. It was more then we wanted to pay, but the house is worth it.
