I feel like if we can't laugh about a tragedy that occurred over 2,000 years ago, we never can laugh about anything ever again (read: Pompeii).

I...think I need context. Is someone seriously getting their panties in a twist over an ancient disaster? Um. I think it's about time to let that go. Really time. Like, a thousand years overdue.

It's this chick who used to go to our school. She wrote on her Facebook that she thinks a water ride about Pompeii (which I'm 99% sure is referring to Escape from Pompeii, which is in Busch Gardens) is in poor taste. To me, that's like saying a ride where you witness the extinction of the dinosaurs (which I'm pretty sure is in Disney World), is also in bad taste. Granted, the dinosaurs thing happened first, but still.
