So sorry to hear about your hard drive, I totally understand what you're going through :/
Maybe you could tell us if you have looked for working links at any (and which exactly) sites? The first thing that comes to my mind is of course the J-One Records comm (although I do realise that lots of links are dead but still...) or http://www.kat-tunworldwide.com, I think they have some of the most basic stuff there - I'm pretty sure I saw some DBs there ^^
Because there is no pont in uploading stuff if they can still be downloaded, right? ;p

My upload page for PVs and concerts is still working, I think...though with MF being a pain in the ass, it's been hard to keep up with it (they cut my storage space too, so I can't upload anything new, the bastards >.< )

Are you a member of J-One Records? If not, you should join as I'm you'll find lots of stuff there as it's devoted solely to Kat-tun. Hope this helps.

If you know of the Kame community kamesanctuary it's got complete stuff with Kame in it, group related stuff are available too like CKT and PVs, for as long as Kame's in it you can find it there :)
