A long couple of days..

It has definitely been a long couple of days. I have been having drastic mood swings.. and had a kind of break down the other day. I was a mess..it wasn't pretty. But I have gotten in touch with my p-doc and she increased my new anti-depressant. Now that I am completly off the old one.. we can do that. We have to find what a good dose of it is for

I'm sorry you're hurting. My ex is bi-polar and it used to break my heart to see what he had to endure. I wish you nothing but wellness and a means to find your happiness. {HUGS}
