Can't wait for the Big Day Out. The White Stripes, Iggy & The Stooges, Franz Ferdinand, The Magic Numbers, Faker! Last time I only really went for one band, this time I'm going for many!

AND! I've just found out that Coldplay are coming to Adelaide in June next year! I'm so there batman!

Righto. Am going to get my ticker for Faker either tomorrow or Wednesday - any one interested in coming along? Tickets are $15, for this Saturday night. Support acts are Red Riders and British India.

Just finished watching this great documentary called 'Sex and Pop', which this week was on the whole black, gansta rap culture, and the domination of women within it. Great stuff, pity I only got to see half of it. Did you know that apparently, in the 1970's, cocaine was used as a method of destroying black opposition? I tried to fake tan my legs today because I got sick of be pale to the point of see-through. I think I failed horribly, and the only way I’m actually going to get a tan is to go and sit out in the sun. Which I think I might do, but I will wear sunscreen, because that’s the only way I tan. I've just discovered the Triple J mixed tape downloads on the website. I can't believe I've missed them, they're great! An excellent mix of live recordings, tracks from singles, etc, with big big range of musicians/bands.
