ooooh, cocktails! i had this really great one the other day the bar guy made for me. i cant remember the name, but it was lime and vodka and ginger and sugar bubbly stuff...yeah, it tasted better than it sounds :P
and they should use palm sugar if they had any sense...
and tanqueray gin is nicer than bombay...and i have a penchant for absinthe...works well with apple...
i remember harry tried to make a capriosca or whatever when tipsy, and used the mortar/pestle pounder thing in the glass...and consequently broke it...

We had a really nice one at Supermild the other weekend, I think it was vodka, cranberry juice, and watermelon liqueur. So nice!

I don't think I've ever had Tanqueray gin before. Absinthe is awesome. Shall definitely have to try it with apple sometime soon!
