Special Challenge 001 - Edward Gorey
Every other month evester and I will be posting a special theme challenge that will last for a month.
Our first special challenge will be the mysterious and macabre artwork of Edward Gorey. For this challenge you may use any image you want, so long as it's by Gorey. Many of you will already be familiar with his work from the PBS Mystery! programme - he did the artwork for the intro and some of the sets. He is also well known for his series, The Gashlycrumb Tinies.
The winning icons will be used as icons for the community and we will have special voting categories as well. More information behind the cut.
All entries for this challenge must be submitted by 11PM EST on Saturday, 22nd March 2008.
You may enter up to 6 icons for this challenge - one entry MUST include the name of the community "mystery_stills"
You have loads of time, so we expect to see all sorts of beautiful icons from you guys!
