Oh, I know - and it almost worked, too; it totally softened me up and I didn't at all expect what happened next. Did they do it on purpose? Surely they still have SOME disco hounds on the writing staff? (Though I guess it was all Jeph and Kring rewriting that last episode at the last minute)

It does make me want to make a Nathan fanvid to "I Will Survive", y'know?
