Did you write all of this? Some of it seems like it could be in a stand up comedy skit.

No offense meant, but I see a distinct difference in the writing style of the comedy essay and what you usually write, including your final paragraph. Fastidious attention to punctuation and capitalization, f'rinstance. And use of the word "carriage" for a shopping cart. Is that a Britishism? 'Cuz I've never heard it used in Florida...

Also, the odd pattern of carriage-returns.

So, either you're a far better writer than I thought you were, or you seeeeriously need to give credit where credit is due.
