And Ezra finally gets to meet his hero, and he and Chris can take a moment or three to just hug on each other--something that would be less likely to happen if Ezra was so injured and traumatized. Not fair that his step-father went nuts, literally, but I think that Christ being a vindictive bastard is a perfectly acceptable response in this situation. Nail the bastards who didn't take care of Ezra.
Of course, Ezra's spent four years thinking his dad hated him, and he's spent most of his life with Maude and only four years iwht Chris and Sarah in the first place. It's going to be interesting watching he and Chris and now Vin try to build a family out of all this.
Hi! I just found this great story and I can't wait to see more! Poor Ezra! What a life! I wondered how Chris would get Ezra from Maude's clutches, but certainly didn't imagine she would be killed!
Now that the Seven are together, Ezra's life will be so amazingly better!
Just finished rereading this story and I cannot wait for the next chapter. I am glad they are together now but I know they have a long road ahead of them.
