This one wasn’t one of my challenges for the Veil of Possibilities, but it caught my imagination-and while I was waiting for the official submission for this challenge, I decided to write my own version. When the Veil website disappeared for awhile, I thought it would be OK if I posted it here.

It's always a nice, welcome surprise to see your fics, especially on a Sunday morning. This was truly wonderful. I loved The Talk that older Sirius had with his younger counterpart - we all know he wouldn't get any from the Blacks.

I wish we could see more Veil fics - they were the best. Of course, in my opinions, there's nothing better than Sirius being alive.

I agree--the idea that Sirius didn't really die when he went through the Veil certainly helped cheer me up after I read OotP.

This is very exciting. I love the concept of Sirius being able to set things right for another Sirius. I love both of your Siriuses, and the Potters as well. Loved the daring escapte, and that Sirius got to set Grimmauld Place on fire...well, at least burn up a ottoman, or so. I refuse to accept Sirius's death as long as there's fan fiction. Real life is so overrated, lol.

I stumbled across your fics recently and read all three that fit in the Veil of Possibilities Challenge. I wish there was more, I could have read on and on and on, that's how much I like this idea and your writing.
