Insurgence 3

Ookay! It took me a while, I know, but here are some bits and pieces about Insurgence 3 that I would like to share, and I promise to keep the personal stuff to a minimum :)

Basically, it was the 4th convention organized by Rogue Events that I had attended. The other three were Supernatural conventions though, so this was my first The Vampire

hehe, I had a girl crush on her since 2008 - can you imagine my excitement?

well, minus credit card and some other minor problems it was a perfect weekend! Loved it! Still gutted we missed A6 tho but this one was very good, too

The cast had to leave the hotel at like 4.30- 4.45 to catch trains so we moved things for that
They were a teeny bit late to things coz of it and were also packing during lunch

Oh, Nadin, I loved, loved, loved reading this. I'm so happy for you that you got to meet and talk to Lauren. She seems like an absolute sweetheart and I can imagine that it made your vacation to finally see her in person.

David's characters are always kinda "bad" guys, but I just knew that the guy himself would be amazingly funny and kind, and I'm so glad you confirmed that!

I'd love to see some of you pictures if you get the chance.

And -sorry- but I had to grin about the other stuff. I'm such a klutz myself and reading about some one else's troubles always makes me feel a little better :)

It was an amazing weekend! Really, the best con. Okay, I say that after each of them but this one was defo special :) Lauren was a total sweetheart - and I swear, she tried her best to talk to each and every of us as much as she could!

David was lovely and very, very funny :)) Photos os him are the worst though, and you know why? He was moving all the time!!! Looked like the man had endless energy :))

I will post some pics when I have a normal Internet :P I totally hate this one :P

LOL You have no idea how much I laughed, first when I thought I lost it because it could have only happened to me, and then when I realized it didn't because THAT could have only happened to me :))))

lol thank you!! I seriously freaked out coz I literary had, like, GPB 25 for for following 8 (!!) days and no money for the ticket to Edinburgh! It was stressful :P
