This is so hilariously perfect I don't know where to start. The team interaction is fantastic and you've got everyone's little tics nailed just right.

You really wove in the more serious bits quite well too. I tend to forget that Rossi wouldn't necessarily know about Georgia and you handled weaving that into the backstory wonderfully.
