Thank you! Somewhere around the third paragraph I got to thinking that, while we see her with Kit and Nita, her real peers- in wizardry, at least- are Carl and Tom. So I went with it. Glad you enjoyed the read.

Thank you! In the book, we get a lot of how Nita feels, but the others are so fun to get at, too. It was a blast to write.

Thanks. Nita has the most obvious healing to do, after the book. But Kit, Carl, and Tom all had to stand and wait- and that's tremendously hard, too... And it takes a while, after, to deal with it. So I figured I'd write them through it. I'm glad you liked it.
