I like to start off, sauteing some minced garlic in butter, before adding the eggs. A little sea salt, a little coarse-ground pepper. Sometimes, with a little cheddar or parmesan cheese, sprinkled on top.
But then, I love garlic in everything. My brother jokes that I turn everything I make into chili.

I scramble mine usually, cuz I'm bad at turning them and I don't like runny yolks if I don't have bread. I use a little butter, salt, and pepper, but I also like to add some cream cheese or sour cream, whichever I have, and milk if I have neither. Then a little dill and some cheddar shreeded in, and YUMMY!

but I do also enjoy egg with bacon.. like scrambled with bacon and potato... or on bread with bacon.. yum yum... oh now I want egg and bacon, darnit.....
