My son, the class clown...

Jun 06, 2008 13:13

My 10yo son was assigned an essay describing how food travels through the human digestive system. Here's what he handed in...

I hope his teacher has a good sense of humour! )

I think "rectum" is one of those intrinsically funny words. Just try saying it aloud. Rectum.

Hee! ;-)

As I missed you among the usual suspects in pros for a time I pop my head in here to raed your comments and stories of your family life. That's a brilliant idea, well done. I'm sure your son could make a career in creating funny tv adverts!

I hit a complete wall on a Pros fic, and ended up not being able to meet a commitment for a zine. I decided I'd better take a break. Since then I've written a couple MfU fics, and some more S&H fics, too. I'm sure I'll return to Pros someday.

My son the advertising exec? ;-) Maybe... But I've got my fingers crossed that he'll become a chef - he likes taking cooking classes and lately he's been watching Chef School on the Food Network.

Just watch his ideas there- those are the big talents, who can make some money with it. *Can* I might add. Chef is a fine carreer, creative too and not stressful in a way marketing is.
I'll have a look of what you've written lately. Hope though to see you back with some ideas for pros.

ROFL, that's absolutely hilarious and in my opinion it deserves a very good note
Alone for the idea and how he manages to turn a boring essay into something interesting and funny!
