Also hun, i think you really need the time to give up and cry, even if just for a few hours or so. It won't 'solve' anything, but your frustration and exhaustion are justified, and they need to have some release to help you through
I need to pass this on, since the book literally fell into my lap - double your water and get some Celtic sea salt (from health food stores).
Take a pinch (or a damp thumb coating) on your tongue and then drink the water. Back off any beverage that isn't water and see if the symptoms don't alleviate. We've replaced our cooking salt with it too.
This has been an amazing resource for me with pain management and if nothing else you have the reassurance that you're giving your body the best environment possible to work on this.
