Myra woke up from dozing on her couch and looked at her PINpoint, finally realizing that she had received more than a reply from The Shadow from her message about returning home. In her frenzy to attend to the matter of her parents' capture, she had neglected one very important person, and quickly scrolled down:

Myra opens the (repaired and painted) door and takes a look at Johnny with a tired smile before stepping to the side to let him in.

"Come on in." The apartment smells of tea, and on the counter are a handful of teacakes, instead of just one, that she's brought home with her. Only one cup is made, the other awaits Johnny to choose his tea. "I'm sorry if it came across at that, I just...had to go help my parents..."

Johnny enters, taking note of her expression and then looking around. "So is everything okay? --I mean, with you, and... your parents?"

He hadn't even thought of her parents, obvious as it might be to have them, and all. "Sorry if I was bugging you with the messages, too."

"Yeah, they're okay now. Got themselves into a bit of a spot, without my help for once." She gives a wane smile. "Don't worry though." She closes the door and then walking over to the teapot as she spoke. "I'm sorry I didn't reply, I was...a bit preoccupied with that. I didn't even get a message from my Chief until just now, if it helps." She points to the tea cakes.

"I did come away with something else though. I have a new selection of teas. White, green, some more special, local brands, this tea is from trees that have been around for almost 500 years..." She motions to each cake as she pours some water into his cup. "Take your pick."
