I...I thought I had been placed on the bottom floor. Though to be so high up is exciting. I tried looking for my mother in the clouds but the sky here is stained and dirty. A girl at work called it pollution.

Do people really enjoy these machines? They seem so boring after awhile. All..all you do is pull the lever? Over and over?

It's pretty bad here in the city, the pollution, but if you can get away from here a little it gets a lot better, yeah.

Thank you...I don't have to go into work this weekend apparently...would that be ok for you? Were you given some kind of job as well here?

It should be, most places don't work on the weekends, mine doesn't anyway. I work for a sports network. What's your job?

That sounds like something my brother would have enjoyed. I'm supposed to be at an aquarium, but they have only shown me around so far.

I like it alright, I'm the head of my department but we do stats. It's a lot of math and paper work, but all the free tickets make up for it. The aquarium? Do you know what you'll be doing?

You must do your job well to be head of it. I don't yet, but it's good to be surrounded by clean water again. Instead of the dead rivers around this city.

It was more of a not drawing the short stick when I got here, I got lucky, yeah. Well, it's pretty cool to be working there anyway. I've been there once before, I liked it, it's peaceful.

It seems luck has a lot to do with what happens here...I've liked the aquarium so far, it reminds me of home.

It's good to find things like that. It makes it easier to live here if you've got a little piece of home with you.

I've found a gym to box at that I've become rather fond of, yeah.

You sound like you've been here for awhile.

Just since the end of June. It's been a while, but months don't feel too long to me. There are people who have been here a lot longer than I have, yeah.
