Some nights get so quiet and still around here, you can almost taste on the air how badly something needs to happen. Good or Bad. Its like you barely even care anymore. Just as long as it's something, something to break up how slow and long the nights drag out empty

Elsewise I've been out three straight days for no reason.

I've been helping Zelda clear out the apartments. But someone's gotta stay on watch during the dark hours, and I'm best for that, I got new night-binoculars.

I remember sitting out under the stars and listening to Angeal tell me stories when it was too late. Things are different around that darkness hour, just like things are different here now.
