Judah Stark has been working wonders with the rich old (and young) ladies who like to keep dogs in their purses. Not to mention weirdo billionaire playboys who keeps bringng him sandwiches and upping his pay when he says something 'profound'. He is clearly up to the challenge of helping a possible district attorney with his stress and chakra balances.

Even if he can't keep his own marriage together. Sad about that divorce, really.

At the moment, however, Judah is reading an issue of National Geographic and waiting for his appointment.

It would be hilariously awful if she had. "Well, what do you think? Do you think you're under too much stress?" He will sit down now! "Or did you come just to make her feel better?"

"To make her feel better. It's hard to talk her out of it, when she wants something." Yeeeah. "Work is... rough, right now, but I can deal with it." Of course he can.

"Give me an example. What happened today?" Tell Dr Stark all about it. He'll clean your chakras and make it aaaaaaal better.

Oh, I'm sure he will.

"I can't really talk about the details. I work for the GCPD, Internal Affairs. Trying to root out corruption on the police force." You poor, poor son of a bitch. "We opened investigations today on five more officers today, all with five to twenty years of service under their belts."

He certainly might.

"A daunting task at best, I'd imagine." Where is your pad and pen, Dr Stark? Aren't you supposed to be writing this stuff down? No? Weirdo hippie doctor. "I don't know if I could do that sort of thing."

It probably helps, really, the not-writing-down. Maybe that's the point.

"Everyone says that. But it has to be done."

It is, indeed, the point.

"And it has to be you that does it?"

Harvey shakes his head. "Not necessarily. Not if there were anyone else who would." Who could, and do it right. Who he could trust to do it.

"And there isn't?" He suspects that even if there were, Harvey would be the one doing it.

"There hasn't been for years. Decades."

If we want to get really sledgehammer... "The last real stab at cleaning up this city was the Waynes's revitalisation efforts. And we saw how that turned out."

Oh, yes. Yes, we do. "Do you worry that something like that will happen to you? Or does your girlfriend worry about that?"

He laughs, just a little. "I hope not." Shaking his head, getting a little more serious. "I don't know. It's a concern." He'd have to be an idiot to not think that. "But it still needs to be done. Someone needs to do it."

The other part of the question! With a slightly shrewder look at Judah. "I think Rachel understands that. You -- your brother targeted her, specifically, because of what she was doing, her investigations into his practices at Arkham. But that didn't stop her."

He nods. "Admirable qualities." In a way. "What do you do for stress relief, for fun? Even just to relax?"

It's almost like they're having a conversation.

It's a little unnerving, really.

"I don't have much time off, these days." That's not going to help the 'under too much stress' charge, Harvey. "Um, I read, I go to the gym. To the park. Running."

He specializes in unnerving. Also, detoxification.

He may give the impression that he is taking notes in his head. He may not. He is, however, doing this. "What types of books do you read?"
