1 ripe pear, chopped. 1/2 cup of unsweetened, low-fat yogurt. Sprinkle with splenda and Kashi Go-Lean cereal.
Stir it up. Eat with spoon, fork, or fingers.
Seriously, I've had some gourmet desserts that weren't anywhere near as enjoyable as this little concoction.
