But you want the fun stuff, like paid vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, and (if you're lucky) 401(k) plan.

Starting in March, I get vacation time, sick days, personal time, health insurance... 6 months = dental, and after 1 year I get more vacation/personal/sick time, disability, life ins, and 401k. Can't start pension till I hit 2 years. :P I've had vision insurance since day one. It's super-cheap and awesome.

You just let me know when, and I can ask for it. It's really no big deal to get days off if I need certain ones. :) Just gotta give me a couple weeks notice - as much as you can.
