you know... lying is a sin. (actually, I don't think it is. Sins are only going against the 10 commandments, right?) hahaha

yes, lying is a sin, and yes it is one of the ten commandments (thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor). there are sins outside of the ten commandments, the ones against them are mortal sins, if they are committed with full knowledge and complete consent. those are the ones you gotta confess for, unless you want to go to hell. lesser sins are called venial sins. there are also the deadly sins, which are a pretty bad category, but not necessarily included in the 10 commandments. i think thats how it goes... didnt you go to catholic high school too? come on moni, you should know it!
