It took Ricky a while to realise that Teresa was literally sleeping with someone in front of him but he suddenly got jealous and got the 'cheated on' memory. Bit late for that hypocrite?
Teresa takes no stick from Ricky so she kicks him out too. He'll have his own place by the next round I'm sure.
Lets remain positive! Teresa used her connection with Poppy to invite her over for lunch and she got to know Frankie a little better.

As it's a Saturday the kids get to come to the gym with Teresa. She installed a hot tub which seemed like a good idea at the time, but it is the middle of winter so?

So lets see here, Frankie became a teenager, Caroline became a toddler then a child. Teresa made more progress on her LTW and kicked out former flame Ricky. Lots of birthdays! Frankie also fell in love (finally) with longtime childhood friend Suzie and the two began dating.
