You were all so kind in your response to my losing my Lukey. It has been much harder than i imagined to live without him.I was searching on-line for a puppy-thought I found the perfect one-from a breeder 30 min away-did you know breeders ship puppies? Somehow I missed your dog passing. I am so sorry to hear that.

I think that chocolate lab did find you. You could make the next/last few years of his life very sweet especially considering what the first ones were.

I have always thought it is better to adopt from the humane society...

but then I think adoption is better all the way around. I wish I was in a position to adopt dogs, children,,, you name it! lol.
