Why don't you try applying to be a substitue teacher? Anyone can do it as long as you graduated high school, and it's sort of an on-call thing so it wouldn't interrupt your normal work. See if you like it!

Camping would be fun too, and something I'd be maybe more willing to head your way for, but I doubt you're as interested, not knowing me very well.
