Do you really have Mad Cow dsaease? Do you need to see a doctor to get over?

Good grief, of course I don't have Mad Cow. One, if I did it would be a criminal act to try to give blood and thus possibly spread the disease. Two, if I had something that dire I would have more serious things to worry about than being prevented from giving blood.
