the idea of transferring is sounding good again...I have until November 1st to decide 100% and I can't look back after I make the decision. What should I do? *sigh*

kennesaw state, i applied to west ga too but i dont want to go there, if i transfer it will be in january not next year so i need to make my decision soon.
