I remember this! It was for the Letter from Hell challenge that sarah_lynn_b kicked off a couple of years ago. I remember this from when you wrote it, it's so touching and so perfectly Archie.

I'm afraid my own response from Evan Nepean Esq. was rather less poignant....

I remembered it as soon as I saw the title though I couldn't have of found it with the efficiency of Anteros !
