1) I have my license! My real live Oregon Real Estate License right here in my hot little hands. If I ever move to Portland--which isn't so very out of the question, because should it is somewhat high on the list of random places I would move if I ever dropped out of grad school--I will definitely let you sell me a condo. ;)

Teehee! I so should. Our slogan should be: "You are AWESOME. Your house should be too." Alternately: "Little Red Realty: Because selling your house shouldn't suck." I can knit everyone housewarming mailbox cozies or something. ;)

(I totally need an "OMG I'm a realtor!" icon for moments like this. Because I just find the concept of being a professional anything so strange.)
