Oh Gabriel and his social awkwardness! I love that you have him walk this line between having the guts to not only give Mohinder the present, but set up the mistletoe situation, yet he's still uncertain and freaking out on the inside the whole way through.

I like the image of him pretending to act all nonchalant about Mohinder opening the gift now or later and then almost succumbing completely when Mohinder hugs him. And then fainting from the kiss...how's he going to explain that :-)

Extra awesome points for him being a bit peeved about the mess Mohinder is making as he opens the present, then tossing it aside as the perfect gift is revealed.

I could totally see the scene in my mind's eye. Oh, how gracefully he'd crumple up and collapse in a heap at an astonished Mohinder's feet. XD Or maybe he'd fall forward (apparently when people faint in RL they tend to fall forward, not backward) and smack his forehead on Mohinder's face bloodying his nose, and end up on HIS face also resulting in a bloody nose then when he comes to they can bond whilst stuffing tissues in their nostrils to staunch the bleeding. OH!! Or he comes to with Mohinder stuffing tissues in his nostrils just to add another level of awkward. XDDD

Ummm... ha! I think need some sleep. XD
