good morning. ( i was on hiatus for awhile). ive noticed you stating your on some sort of diet. i started weight watchers 2 months ago. i was discouraged to read what you said about wheat. i love wheat bread. almost addicted to it. i know that breads are one of my weaknesses, and cant seem to cut them out. however, i have cut soda out completely and drink water all day, with the exception of a glass of oj or milk in the morning.
My main reason for cutting out wheat is to see if it helps with my arthritis. It was suggested to me that eating a lot of wheat makes it worse so I wanted to test the theory.
How is Weight Watchers working for you? I have heard a lot of mixed results.
im am on the online plan. i think it works great. ive lost 7 lbs and 2 inches off my waist and hips. but it has also taught me how to eat better. for instance, i was a big soda drinker. now i drink water. ive also learned portion control. and not to eat when stressed.
