Thanksgiving was entertaining, to say the least, and while I am sure I am gorged beyond compare from the tremendous amount of pie I consumed yesterday, I am also fairly confident that I have nothing to worry about, as far as weight is concerned. Metabolism is the true defining factor of greatness. Ha
