Mycroft Poppins is still alive and scaring! Whether I should be saying this or not, my group of friends gives codenames to people, and we have found Mycroft Poppins' brother. O_o He literally pops up from nowhere. And always after mention of Poppins too... And then this happened:

But Mycroft Poppins is certainly alive and well in my own life as well. I have a knitted Dalek named Mycroft Poppins Dalek, and the friend who gave it to me and I discuss him all the time. One can never forget Mycroft Poppins when one has a Dalek named after him.

Indeed I do. He is very cuddly and sweet. Somehow along the line I think he got rather more Poppins DNA than Dalek...
