He hummed the theme of the Loveboat to her and made a face before going to Nathan's office and opening the door. He paused and took a drink of his coffee. "So I'm also thinking that maybe...you and I should hit Tiffany's today. I mean...I don't know what that was that she and I were talking about but...I want to buy a ring and find out."
As he talked a big, goofy grin spread over his face.

He nodded. This was difficult. The area where Peter danced back and forth over that line between brother and son. He was uncertain which protocol to use. The grin on his brothers' face was more than enough to push him into the pro camp as if he hadn't already been there. He adored Sasha.
"We could do that. My meeting at two shouldn't last more than an hour." And he grinned slightly. "You're... happy?" He wanted Peter to be happy, anything that wasn't what Nathan was.

"Even if she says yes, and she might not. She could say, not right now but even if she says yes, I don't think we'll get married right away. I figure we'll be engaged for a while. She has to meet the dragon lady, aka Mom. I have to meet her friends and family."
