It's been a while. Relationship/Questions meme for Morrolan and Ivy. I love reverse rambling, but do not require it. As this is now also an ESSAY MEME, I used to play Francescu Gargamel and Tara the Buddha pirate.
So we did. Morrolan is...interested. He thinks Joker's a little overconfident in his own skills, and liable to underestimate his opponents pretty badly, but he does seem to know his way around weapons, at least. Potentially a loose cannon, but interesting to talk to, at least.
The interest is mutual! Joker seems to think Morrolan must be the honorable type because of his policy on challenges and respecting his opponent. This is generally plus points with Joker though he might be less inclined to fight you then. Also even though Morrolan speaks kind of formally and has a fancypants title, he seems to treat Joker as an equal, which Joker also likes. So yush, good impressions all around!
He may have met Sonken once, but yeah, Castor is the big one. Morrolan quite likes him, actually; being Hakuren's master is a big point in his favor, but Morrolan likes him for himself as well. They get along, they can have theoretical magic discussions that end up turning cabins into impregnable fortresses, they're both reasonable and calculating. A++ will continue to seek out and collaborate with.
Well, let's see. Morrolan has a mildly positive impression of Shunsui, but not much more than that. Kenpachi is a good fight and not much else. That leaves Ayanami, who...Morrolan doesn't have much personal impression of, per se. An intelligent, dangerous opponent with the soul of a god, certainly, but Morrolan is thinking of potential tactics and gambits when he interacts with Ayanami, rather than gathering personal impressions per se.
Shunsui thinks Morrolan's alright and we totally need to thread more. Blackwand's, well, existence, kinda makes him uneasy, but it's hardly the only nasty thing he's run into in camp and Morrolan seems to have it under control, so. :/

Ayanami is curious about Morrolan. First because he's a friend/ally of Teito, which means Ayanami wants to get an idea both of how much threat he poses, and how much (if at all) he can be used to get to Teito. Secondly because of Blackwand; it's obviously a very powerful weapon, and as came up in the cast chan earlier today ALSO very similar to Verloren's scythe. So that definitely piiiiiings a lot. Altogether this means that Morrolan's someone Ayanami will be always keeping an eye out to learn whatever he can without revealing his own hand, thus he will continue to be very formal/polite and civil as ever. :)
Morrolan...is sort of neutral on the topic of Mukuro. On the one hand, HOUSE OF THE YENDI LIEK WOAH, but on the other hand, that's not necessarily a bad thing! It does mean that Morrolan will be On Guard while talking to him, but it doesn't mean he dislikes him per se -- he's just cautious, as one would be in the presence of a consummate manipulator whose goals and priorities he doesn't know.
I SHOULD. Unless you mean Chrome, in which case they met briefly! Morrolan had gotten smashed by a house at the time, so he wasn't paying much attention. But yes, needs moar threading with all the Oh!Great casts.
