FRIDAY:
No gym, ate a sandwhich for lunch and some fruits and a power bar.
DRANK WAY TO MUCH while hittin up four different spots. Shared a flank steak and a salad with my friend and continued to drink
SATURDAY:
Too hungover to go to the gym. Too hungover to eat (ate a sandwhich which came back up. Ate some grapes, that didn't stay down either). I
